46 years ago today in Knoxville, Tennessee little Quentin Tarantino was born. The Pulp Fiction director is now a household name, and credited with reviving John Travolta's career.
Quentin's got a new movie due out this summer, Inglourious Basterds starring who else but Samuel L. Jackson. I mean really, these two should just go get married already.

Paris Hilton, whose birthday is on February 17th, threw herself a Barbie themed party to celebrate making it to 28 years old. The socialite dressed up in what looked to be a bedspread with "Barbie" printed all over it in her Los Angeles home Friday night, and made all her guests wear pink in order to get in. No mention if her champagne in a can was served or not.

Actress and lover of pot Mischa Barton celebrates her 23rd birthday today. Mischa just finished filming her role opposite Kal Penn and Martin Sheen for the film Bhopal: Prayer for Rain due out later this year, and as announced on her blog, is the new face of Herbal Essences hair products. Her film Assassination of a High School President which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2008 was picked up by Yari Film Group and will have a limited release in March of this year. Also in March, Mischa's horror thriller Walled In is expected for a straight-to-DVD release.
